What's new in v3.2.0

• Ask Kat understands your reports better. It picks up the employee's name from your first message, tells lateness and absences apart from other events, and answers more policy questions from your documents.
• Browse the full list of commendation types, without the keyboard getting in the way.
• Disciplinary records download in your chosen language.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements.
