‘Complaint Box’ is a complaint registration system for general citizens and/or end consumers. System deals with only associated agencies.
Originally this system was designed by ‘GoSellsy Ebusiness Pvt. Ltd.’ for local municipal bodies like Nagar Parishad / Nagar Panchayat / Nagar Palika / Mahanagar Palika / Nagar Nigam / Zilla Parishad / Zila Panchayat / Gram Panchayat etc. But it can be use for any public or private sector organization having consumer/citizen service and/or commercial business. Such organizations have to associate with the system for the sake of their end consumers and/or general citizens.
As a general citizen or a consumer, everybody comes across the issues or problems related to the services. We have to report these issues in the form of complaint to the service providing agencies. For example as a general citizen we come across the problems with open sewage, poor water quality, off street lights, poor cleanup in public areas, faults or damage in electricity, etc. Even as a service consumer of any public/private sector organization, we may come across the issue with service/product we are consuming. In such a condition, we have to launch a complaint to the concern agency. But the problem with manual complaint system is that the complainer is not getting real time feedback about the action taken by concern agency. Hence ultimate solution is the adoption of new age digital technology which also supports the campaigns like DIGITAL INDIA and SWACCHA BHARAT ABHIYAN for creating new INDIA.
‘COMPLAINT BOX’ system creates a transparency between the complainer and the agency. Complainer can launch the complaint through mobile app with geo-location and upload real time photos of the problem. App will support complaint registration based on internet or mobile SMS (in absence of internet). The complainer’s complaint can be access and investigate on web portal by office users and shall take action. Same shall be reflected to organization’s senior officials on mobile monitoring app. Though the system is mainly concern with the elimination of manual system, paper work, etc but real benefit with the system is the efficient way to get the work done which tends to end consumer’s satisfaction. The complainer will get real time update on action taken or he/she can track the progress records any time. This also leads to zero pendency for offices users.
