No more checks! Pay your rent or maintenance fees using the Continental app secure payment portal provided by Stripe. Use your credit / debit card for emergency payments (subject to 2.9%+$.30 transaction fee) or connect your bank account and send ACH payments for a flat $1.95 fee.
