Updated live workout graph view lines and colours.

Updated battery monitor to visually warn of low battery at a higher %.

Tracker visually warns of low battery at a higher %, indicated by a solid red LED and no blue LED illumination. We recommend charging trackers for 5 minutes before starting a full workout if the low battery warning is visible.

Added more graceful error handling and minor bug fixes.
