The wines available on DAOU+ may vary by Membership status and may not be available for purchase or gifting.

However, DAOU+ application is conscientiously offering you to send as a gift one bottle or bundle of three bottles of wine, while the integration with ShipCompliant service provides real-time information regarding quantities/liters permitted to ship to clients, all in compliance with state regulations, we are shipping to. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

A person 21 years of age with a legitimate ID needs to sign for the shipment.

The DAOU+ payment portal utilizes the payment processor Stripe, Inc., a San Francisco limited liability corporation (the “Processor”), which is a technical service provider and may offer the services as an agent of one or more financial institutions in the United States (each, a “Financial Services Provider”). The processing and settlement of your Transactions (as defined below) (“Payment Processing”) are carried out by the Processor and any of the Financial Services Providers under a separate Stripe Connected Account Agreement, including the United States Terms of Service and the applicable Financial Services Terms (collectively, the “Processor Terms”).
