In the past, tattoos are often considered negative. Understandably, tattoos are always identified with criminals and inmates. The assumption, the activities of tattooing (merajah) the body is often done inmates in their spare time.

However, over the times, tattoos are now considered a commonplace as a unique art. Not just as a pouring hobby, but tattoos are also used as lifestyle by some people.
