Hello, fellow Detectives!

- We've added storyline to the game! Complete missions by helping Cattinder to solve Cattown's mysteries.
- City mayor have granted funding for city infrastructure, mostly roads. The map outlook has been improved! Now it's more vibrant, and we've added butterflies 'cause why not : )
- added Russian localization to the game
- fixed various bugs and typos

Next are new cats, items and a special winter story!
