Updated decoder libs.

Corrected a focusing issue and avi hardware decoding issue.

Added new default video player that will now play most codecs and option to use hardware decoding.
Added support for hard coded subtitles, more subtitle work to come.
Moved the old video player to an option "Use Native Android Player" over removing it completely as some devices work better with the native player.
