-Fixed issue with Android 9 and the service now running in the foreground.
-Added black and white icons for Android 9+ notifications
-Improved error handling when trying to close a dead TCP socket.
-Added custom notification sounds for changes in GNSS fix.
-Increased display of lat/lon from 6 to 8 digits of precision.
-Improved parsing of responses from caster.
