THIS UPDATE IS RECOMMENDED TO ALL USERS

- added Daily Rewards if you play E.L.D. TD every day. Obtain resources and the Teleport Tower and Stealth Special Weapon!
- added new Mode Selection dialog;
- added tutorial for Easy Mode (classic TD);
- decreased difficulty of levels 6 - 9 (1 - 5 were already done in earlier releases);
- removal of night time in Level 5 is now for free.
