You MUST have EvolveSMS installed to use this theme.
For this to be installed you have to have the EvolveSMS Customization Pack
To apply the theme:
• Open EvolveSMS
• Go to Settings
• Go to "Theme"
• Swipe over to Choose Theme
• Find theme name in the list
