Export Messages

Changes in version 2.0:
Created a new launch page, for Message Threads, Settings, and Help.
Added ability to select and export messages from multiple threads.
Added ability to export messages without attachments as an archive file.
Removed "Messaging" as an export destination to export raw text to.
Added sorting capability on the message threads list.
Set the correct mime-type for text and archive files.
Made the message date formats consistent in the UI and the exported text.
