fDeck: flight instruments

NEW FEATURES:
- Live ADS-B traffic now shown on map
- TCAS Traffic Announcements (TA)
(both the above are premium features)

NOTABLE CHANGES:
- Altimeter: negative values now show in red
- Groundspeed: max speed input now 1000 knots
- Chronometer: now resets on takeoff, not landing
- Flight planner: max waypoints increased to 48 from 32
- NavDB: removed distance filter for user stations
