Balanced levels for more challenging gameplay!

Flaky rocket now doesn't slow down Flaky if picked up at higher speed
Fixed Flaky now doesn't get stuck in platforms after rocket
Fixed Save files, now saves should never get corrupted
Fixed chest progress bar display, now correctly displays distance to next chest
Fixed Tutorials, now Flaky tutorial doesn't show if you have bought any Flaky
