FletcherSpec™ Pro is an evolutionary software providing users with complete step by step guidance in specifying the correct insulation required to satisfy energy efficiency requirements as outlined in the National Construction Code (NCC).

The interactive app is designed to transform what is generally deemed a complex, time consuming task into a streamlined, efficient process. Users simply answer a number of key, focussed questions which enables the app to determine the relevant insulation products to satisfy minimum requirements specific to the users design parameters. The app goes one step further as it prompts users once they have met their Minimum Deemed to Satisfy (DTS) requirements as per current Australian Building Code Regulations.

With an option to build your very own custom roof, wall or floor system, FletcherSpec™ Pro provides complete freedom to users allowing you to chop and change as you go. There is an infinite number of building envelope configurations making the app usable across a range of building applications and structures. The app also features a built in automated climate zone mapping function as well as preloaded COLORBOND® swatches ensuring the thermal predictions generated are very specific to the building design.
