- added player number edit button in player dialog
- added stats numbers for player stats
- added team stats numbers to board of directors and select team screens
- added gold and silver colors to manager history
- added match weather to matches
- improved UI design for dialogs and match screen
- improved level and stats algorithm with more realistic values (tested with 1K seasons with aging)
- now in promanager, after ending a season, you can receive offers for manage lower teams too
