How to use the app?

Fortem App is very simple and user-friendly. Download it on your smartphone and access it 24x7. To submit a report or request a maintenance/repair service you must capture certain details.

2. Answer few incident-related questions

3. Capture the evidence, either a photo or video

4. Enter the location

5. Submit the report

Then, you can use the app to track status of your request or view the submitted reports with a click.
