FreeBow - The Bow Guide App

FreeBow has been created to support bow shooting in many ways. You can calculate your arrow flight as function of angle, speed, aerodynamics, etc. This has been done by solving differential equations and a full graphic plot output is available.

You can track your settings (best results, different sight settings, used materials, etc.) and record your shooting results - for FITA and field.

Also you can learn a bit about shooting and bow physics and components. FreeBow allows special calculations (on US and metric units, on F.O.C., and much more).

FreeBow comes with two skins (white and black) and has many options to adopt it to your needs.

You can also make photos from shooting and save results to text and csv files. This way you can collect data, and use it e.g. later in a bigger database on PC.

I also included many archery links, an archery glossary and many pictures and explanations.

Have fun! FreeBow is for many kind of bow shooting (recurve, longbow, compound, crossbow, etc.)

Parts of the program can be switched to German language.
