GasAll: Gasolineras España

After the last repair we saw some things pending. In this one we have:

- Revised the engine and tuned it for the latest version of Android.

- Updated the ad format. Everything is going up and we need fuel for the future improvements we want to implement :)

- Fixed a problem with the Widget in the latest Android versions. Now in the Widget you have to press the refresh button, but it works correctly now.
