The promoters bring in a wealth of experience with a combined experience in Civil Engineering, Global Sales and Marketing, High End Information Technology and Telecommunication. It is a rare and unique combination in the real estate sector. The team is thus endowed with the ability to understand the requirement of highly discerning customers and deliver to their expectations.

The promoters have a collective experience of over 34 years in the real estate and construction business. Their experience encompasses every aspect of the real estate and construction industry. Their expertise in identifying and judging land potential comes from their vast experience derived from key positions held by them in the real estate and construction industry.

Casper Estates LLP is started by Mr. Vikas Bansal and Mr. Amit Gupta in Feb 2011 as a real estate marketing and financing company. The promoters have a collective experience of over 10 years in real estate and about 25 years in information technology and telecom sector. The promoters have worked with multinational companies and have travelled extensively across the globe. Casper Estates LLP has been doing the financing and marketing of the projects developed by Geown Developers since inception.

Geown Casper Estates LLP is started by Mr. Dhiraj Kumar, Mr. Mahesh Sudhakaran, Mr. Vikas Bansal and Mr. Amit Gupta in July 2015 as a real estate company focusing on land development projects.

The Promoters have already built a reputation in the market by developing premium projects in prime localities. The Promoters have:

•Completed development and marketing of around 2.2 million sft of land (Plotted Development)

•Signed up additional 1.8 million sft of land for plotted development in Malur and Narsapura Industrial Area

•Developing villas with 0.6 million sft of constructed area near Sarjapura (Phase-1 to be handed over by December 2016)

•Signed up 1.5 acres of land with a potential to undertake 160,000 sft for apartments on Varthur - Gunjur Main Road.
