Grips & Grades hangboard app

- Added options menu with Settings and Benchmarks activity. Logbook resides there now too.
- Created Becnhmarks (beta test) with bunch of pre made workouts. Some are just for fun and some are meant to test "grips & grades" progression by increasing difficulty and decreasing rest time progressively.
- Four new hangboards: Core, Tension Pro, Metolius Wood Deluxe II and Crusher Matrix.
