Hear Their There Here

Hear Their There Here is a site-specific sonic art work, an interactive audio guide for the “here and now.” It is a playful sound-walk that is at once ordinary and extraordinary.

As a listener walks in the park, they use their own headphones and smartphone to hear the voices of ordinary people recorded in the same places that the listener now walks through. A times haunting, hilarious and thought-provoking, the sound-walk hopes to engage listeners with an experience of feeling their vital part of the city’s cultural fabric that constantly weaves and unfolds before them.
