Humana at Home allows Humana’s Field Care Managers to get relevant, real-time information about the members they serve while providing a simple platform for documenting their member interactions. Anything submitted in the app is automatically sent to Rosalind, so Field Care Managers don’t have to double-document their work.
Roster
• See all the members in your roster as soon as you sign in
