Indian Food Company was born from an idea to recreate age old Indian dishes to the Modern households. In a Country like ours, which is vast and diversified with different cultures, it becomes a daunting task to keep a tab of all variety of recipes in its original avatar. Original recipes are either kept as a secret in household kitchens getting passed on from one generation to another or sometimes is just restricted itself to its origin.
