Data Plan Card-Based Management
•Redesigned DataPlanActivity from a single form view to a card-based list
•Shows summary cards for active data plans (max 2: one Mobile + one WiFi)
•Cards display plan name, data limit, billing period, days remaining, and alert thresholds
•Notification status banner shows which thresholds have already been notified
•Auto-deletes plans where all thresholds have been fully notified
