Changes
- Increase max level to 40.
- Scaled up in-game cards, doubling indicators, and score labels.
- In a Trix contract in TEAMS mode, each player will reveal the 2s in hand to all players.
- Doubled card indicators will be dimmed after they are played.

Fixes
- Show “Win” or “Loss” at the end of a TEAM match instead of the finish place.
- Fixed a display issue when purchasing coins from the store.
- Fixed jumbled cards when rejoining a match during a Trix contract.
- Other minor fixes.
