This application is to assist officials who are inspecting a developmental scheme to capture and report the progress. To aid officials, the mobile app will enable them to capture picture (still photos embedded with the Geo Stamp and Time Stamp for correctness of the site) on the inspection site, provide inspection notes on the mobile devices. Once they capture this information, it is made available to Sr. Officials instantaneously in the backend website.
