Janashakthi Appathon

The ‘Janashakthi Appathon’ App is developed for the participants of the Janashakthi Appathon Challenge who are basically young individuals to whom Janashakthi is providing the opportunity to showcase their talent in developing apps to solve real life issue. This annual appathon challenge will go on for a 3 month timeline each year where the participants will go through several training programs to guide them produce a meaningful end product (app).

This app consists of 4 main features as follows;

The Forum – The forum will assist the participants to communicate with the rest of the participants of the competition and discuss matters by creating forums with various related topics.

Chat – Will be provide the option for each individual teams to chat amongst themselves regarding their submission for the competition.

Announcements – Announcements section will provide all updates and details that the participants

needs to be kept informed during the competition process on a regularly basis by the organizer (Janashakthi)

AR Camera – AR camera will be updated prior to each event planned during the competition period, where the participating teams will be shown their points, position etc via augmented reality when they

use their AR camera on their mobile app.
