“KC Eatos” was not contrived with a business motive in mind but from the personal experience of Mr. Praveen Daga, who had been a health-conscious person striving to find out reasons for gaining weight and ways to slim down without medication. He followed a simple scientific method to infer that the various pre-cooked food which we Indians consume on a daily basis are the major spoilsports in the way to lead a healthy life. In his scientific approach, he observed himself and some of his acquaintances whom he considered as subjects, by following a simple routine. Next, a series of questions were formulated to find an answer as to what could be the reasons for putting on weight by following a simple Indian routine life. In his experiment, he considered people from various walks of life doing moderate to no exercise and with food habits that included both indulgent eaters and conscious ones.

This led to few hypothetical answers, among which it was considered that lack of exercise, consumption of packed & chemically treated food available in the market, irregular eating habits, junk eating, and a life without discipline could be the major players in ruining our efforts toward maintaining a simple healthy lifestyle, which helps us to preserve our figure, skin, and age.

Subsequently, one of the hypotheses was considered which was difficult to cater to. This was the consumption of packed and Pre-cooked reheated food on a regular Indian diet. Keeping all other factors uncontrolled, it was maintained that each of his subjects would be using freshly cooked food that is roasted, steamed, baked & with minimal usage of oil. The result after 3 months was a wonderful eye-opener!! Each of his subjects had by then reduced by at least 3 kg with a clear distinction in the quality of their skin. The not-so-significant difference in weight after 3 months can be attributed to keeping all other factors uncontrolled. And therefore, a second experiment was conducted with a few of his subjects who agreed to control the other factors that were taken as hypothesis along with continuing to consume freshly cooked food, roasted and chemically untreated instant grind spices. The others who were not so health-conscious stopped consuming packed and reheated food.

It was found after 6 months that, those who followed a disciplined life with exercise and used freshly cooked food instead of Pre-cooked reheated food that is available in the market, had been rejoicing their new avatar with glowing skin and figure back to shape or even better than before.

This whole exercise was a phenomenal success and thus gave birth to the idea of serving freshly cooked food using unadulterated freshly ground spices available in a niche market, to those who really wish to abandon an unhealthy choice of buying Pre-cooked food using, mass packed, raw & stale spices from the market.

And so he took up this noble mission of offering freshly cooked food with his own composition of freshly ground spice mix without the use of preservative chemicals at his workshop and using them for preparing the fresh food for his customers. It was made available locally among few aspirants and with a wonderful response from them; he went further to make it available online through the website and mobile App of KC Eatos, for everyone, to avoid any kind of storing and deliver every order fresh. However, the mission remained simple and honest in spite of the demand for more.
