The Top up, Quickpay and Re-Issue buttons have been removed from the main dashboard. To access these buttons, please click on the ‘Keypad+’ button on the main dashboard. You will then be able to process your top up or re-issue as normal.

Also, just a reminder, that when topping up, please wait until the connection button located on the top right is green before processing a top up or re-issue.
