Lula continuously adds new categories as customers demands them. Lula service providers are verified (identity, professionally and insurance wise). Service providers are given a rating in range of: NONE, BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD. NONE means the service provider is not verified by Lula but just listed BRONZE means their identification (ID or Passport) has been inspected and captured in the system, SILVER means that their professional credentials have been verified accordingly and GOLD means they also have insurance.
