[Update 131] This update is from ver130 to ver131. New in this update:
~ Godfathers now have an increased textsize on their name at the Online List to convey their high status
~ Personals will now be sent to players who break out any Admin characters who are jailed on Crackdown sentences
~ Alcohol can be sold to the Speakeasy at the rank of Thug, down from Gangster
~ Added more Discord Role tags to existing Bot messages that weren't yet set up for Roles
