New in Managed DAVx⁵ 4.5.4:

* New WebDAV Push support for instant sync (please do not use it for large organizations unless your server can handle it). Currently only Nextcloud is supported (enable "dav_push" in the Nextcloud Apps to use and also enable the desired Push provider in the DAVx5 settings "Google FCM" for example).
* Better WebDAV support
* Refactoring
* UI updates, bug fixes and improvements
