Max Bupa Agents self-service

This app is designed and developed exclusively for agents of Max Bupa Health Insurance. The agents can now perform several functionalities using the app essential for effective customer service and retention. The agents can use this app to complete the policy sale process including collection of payment from customer via electronic mode.

Features:

•Dashboard: Agent will see three options - Issued, Logged (Not Issued) and All Logged

•New business: Display of details of cases.

•View Count of Applications or Number of Applications (NOP) of total cases issued as new business in the last three months.

•Policy documents: View documents related to the policy. Option to download and email the documents.

•Renewal: Option to renew business.

•Commission: Access recent commission payment information

•Claims: View documents related to claims with details. Option to download and email the documents.

•Documents: Agents can access their documents - TDS Certificate & Welcome Kit

•Welcome Kit: Comprises of Agent ID card, welcome letter, Welcome letter without logo, User manual "Welcome Kit"
