We all get random thoughts while meditating, but not all are positive. The thoughts are not in our control but the least we can do is to be conscious of them.

This app is based on a method of meditation prevalent in ancient Buddhism.

Using Meditation Tracker, classify your thoughts into Negative or Positive and soon you'll see that you get more and more positive thoughts and the negative thought counter decreases. This is a minimal app to help you keep it simple ;)
