Minutes of Meeting Lite is a Wonderful App for scheduling and recording the meetings and the minutes:

1) Create, Edit, Export and View Meetings, Participants, Agenda, and Action Items.

2) Export Meetings and Participants to Email.

3) Export/Email Meeting Minutes into HTML format.

4) Record the whole meeting and share the same with the participants. Video and Audio options available.

5) Capture any important images during the meeting.

6) Alert the participants with Vibrate or Ring using the Alarm.

7) Search the Meeting records by any keywords.

8) Sort the Meetings with respect to Date and Subject (option available only in Pro).

9) Import the Meeting records from any Excel (option available only in Pro).

10) Export the entire set of Meeting records to an Excel, so that the same can be imported by others (option available only in Pro).

11) Export any one Meeting record (option available only in Pro).

12) Sync the Meeting information to the Calendar (option available only in Pro).
