Responses that used to look empty now show their data

• Fixed a bug where some 200 responses appeared blank. Servers that end a response by closing the connection — no Content-Length, no chunked — had their body dropped while parsing. Those responses now show their JSON.
• Large responses no longer freeze the app when you open them.
• A body released to save memory now says so, instead of pretending the response was empty.

Plus fixes and stability improvements.
