General improvements and bug fixes, incl: bug fix for task sync problem, IOS photo display fix, photo orientation fix, existing task will not show as new. The server and device time sync fix.
Lift needed option for all house types. New items are saved on device.

New features include: New filter options in Survey, volume display in inventory selection, add inventory only shows current room items, change in disassembly times, new date picker for planning and more.
