Moving Well

Want to understand what helps you to move well and do the things you enjoy into your later years?

The Moving Well Musculoskeletal (MSK) app has been developed to offer a self-assessment of your Musculoskeletal (MSK) health which includes bones, joints, muscles. It provides evidence-based support and guidance on how to prevent and/or manage issues linked with MSK conditions, such as pain, stiffness, reduced mobility and dexterity.

This App is not a clinical diagnostic tool, it will not provide you with a diagnosis or medical treatment. It is aimed primarily for use to prevent MSK health conditions and help maintain good bone, joint and muscle health.

If you are concerned about your MSK health then please speak to your General Practioner.

This App can help you:

• Reflect on your current MSK health and any issues you may have experienced.

• Understand more about the different factors that contribute to MSK health and what you can do to ensure optimum bone, muscle joint health.

• Look after your mind and mental wellbeing, which is just as important as looking after your MSK health.

• Get the best information, guidance and support to help you take actions to maintain your MSK health.
