We have updated the MTN Tactical app to include new features and bug fixes as well as minor display fixed. New features include: the ability to access a single set of notes from anywhere within the app. Access exercise videos from directly within the app or YouTube. You will now be able to track your progress through a plan by marking sessions complete as you finish them. Interval calculators are now embedded directly within the training plans and app.
