緊急離線行程支持
駕駛者和乘客的安全是 Muve Driver 的核心。在行程進行中，行動網路連線中斷可能導致駕駛者無法透過線上系統完成行程。
在這種情況下，司機可以使用「緊急結束行程」功能。駕駛選擇此選項並授予簡訊權限後，Muve Driver 會自動向 Muve 官方客服號碼發送緊急簡訊。簡訊包含當前行程 ID 和最近的位置信息，以便 Muve 客服能夠識別並安全地完成受影響的行程。
簡訊權限僅用於司機發起的緊急行程功能。不會用於行銷、廣告、私人訊息或後台通訊。可能會產生行動網路簡訊費用。
