I am a nutritionist today and a fitness trainer and motivator.
My motto is to motivate everybody like boys, girls, men, women,
40+ men and women, 50+men and women.
I think this is not too difficult, but not too easy, and I regularly motivate every person each day for the start exercise and follow their right diet
as their busy schedule, work of nature like physical work, or mental work or both type of work.
Every day I motivate them, encourage them to do the exercise regularly, and I say them you can do, you can achieve your fitness goal if you think you can do it definitely you can do. This is the power of the subconscious mind.
