Ad-free for Plus accounts + bugfixing related to crashes on some devices.

The Route Search allows you to search for your own routes.
You can indicate an area in the Route Search.
The download of the routes and maps goes 4 times faster. You also get a status bar.
You can download multiple routes and use them again offline after going online. You can do this in several offline/online steps. The routes are not erased anymore.
Several bugfixes avoiding crashes.
