Can advertise or chat with people who are around you. Also you can track your contacts provided they should allow you to track him / her.
Being in testing phase, this app may crash / may not work as expected!
use cases 1: a shop keeper can send his offers to the people around him.
use case 2: an ambulance can send msg to the police in next signal announcing its arrival
use case 3: a person who need blood can announce to the people around him (if the ambulance struck in traffic, it can announce for blood requirement, where the people around the ambulance will receive it and can donate then and there ).
use case 4: can chat with like minded people around them.
use case 5: can announce any meet up plan / cycle / marathon to the people around them.
