NHS3100 Temperature Logger APP

Minor update

- Opening the app a second time resulted in a crash. Fixed.
- Data returned by the NHS3100 could be missed by the app. Fixed.
- Reading out lots of measurements - 10.000+ - can still take quite some time. Re-added progress notifications.

Note: Backwards compatibility with older mra1 hardware is maintained, but has now become unsupported. Support will be removed in a future version.
