Updates:
• Supports newest Nivona models
• Bug fixes and stability improvements
• Fixed Bluetooth pairing problems with older Android versions (Please excuse the bug!)

Known issues:
• The menu for obtaining a "My Coffee" may take a long time to build up.
• Making a "My Coffee" for a NICR1040 does not work properly.
• Timeout when switching the Flying Picture.
