Made some minor interface improvements to the E Series One-Click Apps for a better user experience

Fixed an issue where some control units in VAG cars weren't detecting fault codes

Fixed an issue where Toyota vehicles used the OBD2 protocol instead of Toyota protocols to connect.

Addressed a few additional bugs to improve app performance
