Office Assistant is built to remind you to do all these healthy things and to help you develop good habits.

It's very simple to use Office Assistant. You can get started in just several simple steps:

1. Create reminders. Maybe you want the app to remind you to drink a glass of water every 30 minutes?

2. When you start working, just hit the "Start" button and the app will send you notifications every 30 minutes.

3. When you're done, you can view statistics and make various decisions based on that.

4. That's it! As simple as that.
