  All Skills qualifications can now be assessed and details saved to Paddle Education system.
  Participant details can be accessed through Paddle Ed.
  Assessment criteria can now be graded from 1-5 rather than just a tick box.
  Import of a Participant's logbook for verification of experience component
  Assessments no longer require a physical signature by assessor or participant; submission of assessment is considered "signed" by assessor. Participant now accepts assessment via Paddle Log.
