How it Works?

Once you register with Paid Unlock, every time you unlock your phone, you will get an ad on your lock screen. It is like renting your lock screen to display ads.

To get paid, you do NOT have to slide left/right, take a survey, tap for money, download an app, click on the ad or do anything other than to use your phone as you normally do.

Paid Unlock shall not entertain any fraudulent impressions or fraudulent clicks generated by any person, robot, automated program, or similar device, as reasonably determined. If any fraudulent activity is detected you will be blocked from further usage of the Service.

Does Paid Unlock sell my contact information and personal data?

Paid Unlock does not share any personal identification information to any third party, except as required by law or under your request within the usage of Paid Unlock. All information that you provide to us is securely protected on our server and our use of the information is as described in our terms and conditions.

Will Paid Unlock drain my battery and consume data?

Paid Unlock is optimized to have consume very minimal data and battery.

Terms and Conditions:

Paid Unlock shall require its End-User customers to acknowledge and agree that Paid Unlock shall have the right, including the right to authorize third parties, to serve and deliver Ads to End-Users’ wireless devices as part of the Services and the right to access, index and cache requests made from User’s Mobile Properties to the Services. User shall indemnify and hold Paid Unlock harmless from any losses and liabilities arising out of Paid Unlock's failure to comply with this. Paid Unlock reserves the right, at all times, to discontinue any Services, if Paid Unlock determines, in its sole discretion, that the User is not in compliance with the restrictions. Paid Unlock shall not share any of your personal data with any of the 3rd parties; except age, gender and passive location(if enabled), which are used for fetching more relevant ads.

Compensation:

Provided that you are not in breach with any terms, Paid Unlock will pay you a portion of the revenues actually received by ad networks or ad network exchange from advertisements displayed on your mobile display via the Paid Unlock Service, as determined by Paid Unlock from time to time in its sole discretion. Payments will be calculated solely based on records maintained by Paid Unlock, and no other measurements or statistics of any kind will be accepted or have any effect.

Exclusions:

Paid Unlock will not be liable for making any payment based on [a] any fraudulent impressions or fraudulent clicks generated by any person, robot, automated program, or similar device, as reasonably determined by Paid Unlock; [b] impressions commingled with a significant number of fraudulent impressions or fraudulent clicks described in [a] above; or [c] any breach of these terms and conditions. Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Paid Unlock, Paid Unlock reserves the right to withhold payment or claim back payments due to any of the foregoing or any breach of these Terms by you or block you from using the Service.
